Terms of Service

These Terms govern your purchase and use of products and services from Dexterous ("we", "us"). By buying a product, booking a session, or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.

1. What we provide

Digital products (e.g. the Readiness Toolkit) and professional services (Diagnostic, Blueprint Sprint, Discovery, and custom platform engagements) as described on this site. Service scope, deliverables, exclusions, and timelines are those stated for each offering or in a separate agreement.

2. Payment

Prices are shown in USD and, for India, in INR. Indian sales attract applicable taxes (GST). Enterprise engagements (Discovery and Platform) are invoiced against a signed agreement, not purchased via web checkout. Deposits, where stated, are required before work begins.

3. Intellectual property

Our frameworks, templates, and materials are our original intellectual property. On purchase of the Toolkit, you receive a non-exclusive licence to use and adapt it within your own organisation. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute it. Custom deliverables' ownership is defined in the relevant engagement agreement.

4. Your materials & confidentiality

You retain ownership of materials and data you provide. You grant us the limited right to use them solely to deliver your engagement. We keep them confidential and will not process them with external AI models without your explicit consent.

5. Client responsibilities

Timely delivery depends on your providing complete intake information, access, and feedback. Delays on inputs may extend stated turnarounds.

6. Warranties & liability

Services are provided professionally and in good faith. Our deliverables are advisory; business decisions and outcomes remain yours. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid for the specific offering giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

7. Cancellations & refunds

Governed by our Refund Policy.

8. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
