Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Because our offerings range from an instant digital download to bespoke engagements, refund terms differ by offering, as set out below.

Digital product — Readiness Toolkit

The Toolkit is delivered instantly and in full on purchase. Because it cannot be "returned" once downloaded, sales are generally final. If the download genuinely failed or the files were faulty, contact us within 14 days and we will fix delivery or refund you.

Product & Operations Diagnostic

Reschedule or cancel with at least 48 hours' notice for a full refund or free rebooking. Cancellations with less notice, or no-shows, are non-refundable but may be rebooked once at our discretion. If we fail to deliver the session or written summary, you receive a full refund.

Blueprint Sprint (deposit-based)

The deposit reserves your slot and covers intake preparation. Before work begins, the deposit is refundable less any preparation already performed. Once the sprint has started, fees are non-refundable, as work is substantially bespoke — but the engagement includes one revision round to make the deliverables right.

Discovery & Platform engagements

These are governed by the payment and cancellation terms of the signed engagement agreement, including milestone-based invoicing. Amounts for work already delivered or committed are non-refundable.

How to request

Email contact@dexterous.studio with your order details and reason. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method; processing time depends on the payment provider.
